Adding accounts

You can add new companies to monitor from anywhere in the app:

• Click the + next to Accounts in the left sidebar (always visible).
• From the Accounts page, click + Add Accounts in the top-right corner.

Enter the companies you want to monitor — one per line — then click Look Up Names. Revealed will find matches and show you the results to choose from. Check the ones you want and click Add Accounts to confirm.

💡 Large accounts may have multiple entities (e.g., UCSF Health vs. University of California, San Francisco). Select whichever level of the organization you actually sell into.

Pausing accounts

If you want to stop monitoring an account without deleting the data entirely, you can pause it. Paused accounts won't be refreshed and won't count toward your plan limit. You can reactivate them at any time.

To pause an account, select it from the Accounts page and use the Actions dropdown to Pause update.

Removing accounts

To remove an account entirely, select it from the Accounts page and use the Actions dropdown to Remove account.
