How to invite your team

There are two ways to get to the invite flow:

  1. Click Invite Users in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar.
  2. Or go to Settings → Team and invite from there.

Enter one or more email addresses (one per line), choose a role, and click Send Invites. Your teammates will receive a sign-in link to join your organization.

💡 Who should you invite? Revealed is a single data foundation used by RevOps, Marketing, and Sales (SDRs, and AEs). If someone on your team is responsible for revenue, invite them.

Roles

Role What they can do
Member View accounts, signals, and people
Admin Everything a Member can do, plus manage team members and settings

Most reps should be invited as Members. Give the Admin role to Sales Managers, RevOps, Marketing Ops, GTM Engineers so they can help you operationalize Revealed’s data across the rest of your GTM motions.

💡 You can update someone's role at any time from Settings → Team.
