Step 1 · Choose your sales agent

Revealed comes with a library of AI agents, each specialized for a specific healthcare sales vertical. When you sign up, we automatically recommend the agent that best fits your company based on what we know about you.

Review the recommendation and, if it looks right, select it and click Continue. You can also scroll down to see other available agents if you'd like to pick a different one.

Step 2 · Add your accounts

Enter the companies you're actively selling to — one per line. You can use either the company name or its website domain (e.g., kaiserpermanente.org).

Click Look Up Names and Revealed will search for matches. Since many healthcare organizations operate under multiple names or include regional entities, you'll see a list of results to choose from. Check the box next to each entity you want to track, then click Add Accounts to confirm.

💡 Tip: If you enter "Johns Hopkins Medicine," you may see results for the main health system as well as individual hospitals like Johns Hopkins All Children's or Sibley Memorial. Select whichever level of the organization you want to monitor.

Step 3 · Connect Slack (optional)

Connect Slack so your sales agent can notify you directly in a channel of your choice. You'll get alerts when new insights are ready — including newly identified stakeholders, job changes like hires, departures, and promotions, and other signals relevant to your deals.

Click Connect Slack and follow the prompts to authorize access. Once connected, click Finish & Start Research and your agent will get to work immediately.
