A one-page brief before any external meeting — attendees, what's changed at the account, opening angles, and the likely objection.
Use it when: you have an external meeting coming up.
Run it: once installed, say something like “Prep me for my meeting with Jane Doe at Acme Health tomorrow.” — or let Claude trigger it automatically.
Automate it (RevOps): schedule daily in Cowork to scan each AE's calendar and run this skill 24h before every external meeting, delivering the brief to Slack or email. This is usually the first automation teams turn on.
Install: copy the block below into a file named SKILL.md inside a folder named meeting-prep, then add it to Claude (steps on the Skills Library page).

# Meeting Prep
## What this skill does
A fast, grounded pre-meeting brief combining calendar, CRM, meeting notes, and Revealed.
## Prerequisites
- **Revealed** connected (external buying-group intelligence) and the account mapped in the user's Revealed workspace.
- **CRM** connected (e.g. HubSpot/Salesforce) for deal and contact context.
- Where the steps call for it: **email (Gmail)**, **calendar**, **meeting notes** (Granola/Gong/Fireflies/Chorus), **Slack**.
- For scheduled runs: **Claude Cowork** or **ChatGPT Scheduled Tasks**.
## How Revealed fits (ground every external claim here)
You operate from two layers of context. **Internal** = what's true inside the user's company: CRM, calendar, email, meeting notes (Granola/Gong/Fireflies/Chorus), Slack. **External** = what's true inside the account: buying group, people movement, account trends, recommended "next moves" — this is **Revealed**.
Rule: pull every external/account signal from Revealed. Do **not** guess or fall back on general training knowledge about the company. If Revealed has no data on an account, say so rather than inventing it.
When calling connected tools, use fully-qualified names (e.g. `Revealed:...`, your CRM such as `HubSpot:...`, `Gmail:...`, `Slack:...`). If a needed tool isn't connected, tell the user which connector to enable rather than fabricating the data.
## Instructions
1. Attendees: cross-reference the user's calendar invite.
2. History: what's been covered with this account before (CRM, recent Gong calls, email threads).
3. Account: what's changed at the account in the last 30 days, per Revealed.
4. Person: what the attendee has done publicly in the last 30 days, per Revealed. If the attendee is NOT in Revealed's identified buying group, fall back to web search for their LinkedIn, recent posts, and press mentions so the brief is never empty.
## Output
A one-pager: attendees; prior history; account changes (Revealed); attendee activity (Revealed/web); three opening angles; two questions to get answered; buying-group notes (new hires, departures, role changes); and the single most likely objection with a 2-sentence ready response.
## Automating this skill (RevOps)
Schedule daily in Cowork to scan each AE's calendar and run this skill 24h before every external meeting, delivering the brief to Slack or email. This is usually the first automation teams turn on.
