Signal-anchored outreach drafts for an account's stakeholders, each with a one-click Send.
Use it when: you want to run outreach into an account, prospect specific personas, or draft messages tied to recent Revealed signals.
Run it: once installed, say something like “Draft outreach into Acme Health for the CMO and VP of Clinical Informatics.” — or let Claude trigger it automatically.
Automate it (RevOps): schedule or trigger in Cowork (weekly across priority accounts, or when Revealed detects a new buying-group member) and post drafts into your outreach tools (Apollo/Lemlist/Outreach/Salesloft for email; HeyReach/Expandi/Dripify for LinkedIn) via their APIs.
Install: copy the block below into a file named SKILL.md inside a folder named signal-based-outreach, then add it to Claude (steps on the Skills Library page).

# Signal-Based Outreach
## What this skill does
Turns an account's stakeholders and their recent signals into short, observation-led email drafts ready to review and send.
## Prerequisites
- **Revealed** connected (external buying-group intelligence) and the account mapped in the user's Revealed workspace.
- **CRM** connected (e.g. HubSpot/Salesforce) for deal and contact context.
- Where the steps call for it: **email (Gmail)**, **calendar**, **meeting notes** (Granola/Gong/Fireflies/Chorus), **Slack**.
- For scheduled runs: **Claude Cowork** or **ChatGPT Scheduled Tasks**.
## How Revealed fits (ground every external claim here)
You operate from two layers of context. **Internal** = what's true inside the user's company: CRM, calendar, email, meeting notes (Granola/Gong/Fireflies/Chorus), Slack. **External** = what's true inside the account: buying group, people movement, account trends, recommended "next moves" — this is **Revealed**.
Rule: pull every external/account signal from Revealed. Do **not** guess or fall back on general training knowledge about the company. If Revealed has no data on an account, say so rather than inventing it.
When calling connected tools, use fully-qualified names (e.g. `Revealed:...`, your CRM such as `HubSpot:...`, `Gmail:...`, `Slack:...`). If a needed tool isn't connected, tell the user which connector to enable rather than fabricating the data.
## Instructions
1. Identify the key stakeholders at the account, focused on the personas the user names.
2. For each person, pull from Revealed: name, role, LinkedIn URL, any available contact info, and the most relevant signal from the last ~60 days.
3. Draft an email per person where contact info supports it. Anchor each draft in the specific signal. Keep under ~100 words; lead with the observation, not a pitch.
4. Cross-reference the user's email and CRM; flag anyone already engaged so the user can adjust tone or skip.
## Output
For each stakeholder: a short draft with a Send action that opens an email window pre-populated with the address and message. Flag already-engaged contacts inline.
## Automating this skill (RevOps)
For team automation, schedule/trigger in Cowork (e.g. weekly across priority accounts, or when Revealed detects a new buying-group member) and post drafts into the team's outreach tools (Apollo/Lemlist/Outreach/Salesloft for email; HeyReach/Expandi/Dripify for LinkedIn) via their APIs.
