One ranked next action per active deal, every morning — synthesized from your meetings, inbox, Slack, CRM, and Revealed.
Use it when: you want daily triage, a morning action list, or to know “what should I work on today”.
Run it: once installed, say something like “What's the next best action on each of my deals today?” — or let Claude trigger it automatically.
Automate it (RevOps): schedule daily in Claude Cowork to run across each AE's book, DM each owner their ranked actions in Slack, and send a consolidating Gmail summary.
Install: copy the block below into a file named SKILL.md inside a folder named next-best-action, then add it to Claude (steps on the Skills Library page).

# Next Best Action
## What this skill does
Daily triage across the user's book: one prioritized action per account, each with the signals that justify it.
## Prerequisites
- **Revealed** connected (external buying-group intelligence) and the account mapped in the user's Revealed workspace.
- **CRM** connected (e.g. HubSpot/Salesforce) for deal and contact context.
- Where the steps call for it: **email (Gmail)**, **calendar**, **meeting notes** (Granola/Gong/Fireflies/Chorus), **Slack**.
- For scheduled runs: **Claude Cowork** or **ChatGPT Scheduled Tasks**.
## How Revealed fits (ground every external claim here)
You operate from two layers of context. **Internal** = what's true inside the user's company: CRM, calendar, email, meeting notes (Granola/Gong/Fireflies/Chorus), Slack. **External** = what's true inside the account: buying group, people movement, account trends, recommended "next moves" — this is **Revealed**.
Rule: pull every external/account signal from Revealed. Do **not** guess or fall back on general training knowledge about the company. If Revealed has no data on an account, say so rather than inventing it.
When calling connected tools, use fully-qualified names (e.g. `Revealed:...`, your CRM such as `HubSpot:...`, `Gmail:...`, `Slack:...`). If a needed tool isn't connected, tell the user which connector to enable rather than fabricating the data.
## Instructions
1. Gather context across every active deal the user owns: meeting notes (recent calls, follow-ups, commitments), CRM (stage, close date, history, open next steps, notes), email/Gmail (recent threads), Slack (internal deal chatter, mentions), and Revealed (buying-group contacts, recent signals, this week's next moves).
2. For each deal, synthesize internal context with Revealed's external signals and decide the single highest-value next action.
3. Rank all actions by urgency. Prioritize accounts highest in the user's scoring rubric (from the account-prioritization-scoring skill if available; otherwise ask or use recency/time-sensitivity).
4. Record the reasoning — the specific signals that drove each recommendation.
## Output
A ranked table: account | recommended action | channel | one-line rationale citing the signals. Lead with the most time-sensitive. Where the action is outreach, offer a pre-populated draft with a Send action.
## Automating this skill (RevOps)
Schedule daily (early morning) in Cowork/Scheduled Tasks: run across each AE's book, DM each owner their ranked actions in Slack, and send a consolidating Gmail summary.
