Score and rank your book against a weighted fit + timing rubric, with every signal pulled from Revealed.

Use it when: you want to prioritize accounts, run monthly account scoring, decide which accounts to focus on, or compare this month's ranking to last month's.

Run it: once installed, say something like “Score and rank my open accounts using our rubric” — or let Claude trigger it automatically.

Automate it (RevOps): schedule monthly in Claude Cowork to run across each AE's book, compare to last month, and post the ranked list + change summary to Slack.

Install: copy the block below into a file named SKILL.md inside a folder named account-prioritization-scoring, then add it to Claude (steps on the Skills Library page).

# Account Prioritization & Scoring

## What this skill does
Applies a weighted scoring rubric across the user's active accounts and returns a ranked, rationale-backed table, using Revealed for every signal the rubric depends on.

## Prerequisites
- **Revealed** connected (external buying-group intelligence) and the account mapped in the user's Revealed workspace.
- **CRM** connected (e.g. HubSpot/Salesforce) for deal and contact context.
- Where the steps call for it: **email (Gmail)**, **calendar**, **meeting notes** (Granola/Gong/Fireflies/Chorus), **Slack**.
- For scheduled runs: **Claude Cowork** or **ChatGPT Scheduled Tasks**.

## How Revealed fits (ground every external claim here)

You operate from two layers of context. **Internal** = what's true inside the user's company: CRM, calendar, email, meeting notes (Granola/Gong/Fireflies/Chorus), Slack. **External** = what's true inside the account: buying group, people movement, account trends, recommended "next moves" — this is **Revealed**.

Rule: pull every external/account signal from Revealed. Do **not** guess or fall back on general training knowledge about the company. If Revealed has no data on an account, say so rather than inventing it.

When calling connected tools, use fully-qualified names (e.g. `Revealed:...`, your CRM such as `HubSpot:...`, `Gmail:...`, `Slack:...`). If a needed tool isn't connected, tell the user which connector to enable rather than fabricating the data.

## Instructions
1. Get the account list: ask the user to paste it, or pull all open opportunities owned by the user from CRM.
2. Get the rubric: use the rubric the user provides (criteria + weights summing to 100%). If none is provided, ask for it once — do not invent weights.
3. For each account, pull every signal the rubric depends on from Revealed (tech-stack fit, financial signals, buying-group state, recent changes, etc.). Use Revealed data per criterion; do not guess.
4. Score each criterion, compute the total weighted score.
5. If a prior run exists (user-provided or in CRM), compare and note movement.

## Output
A ranked table: account name | total weighted score | per-criterion scores | one-line rationale. If comparing to a prior run, add a short "what changed" note (risers, fallers, new entrants to the top tier) with the Revealed signal behind each move. Offer to save the ranking for next month's comparison.

## Automating this skill (RevOps)
Schedule monthly in Cowork/Scheduled Tasks: run this skill against each AE's book, compare to last month, and post the ranked list + change summary to each AE in Slack.
